This free service works as follows . . .

After filling in the search criteria for properties that you are interested in on the following pages you will be added to our database. Our system searches the database of properties every day and if a new property matches your criteria you will receive an e-mail message.

You will not receive any messages until there is a property that has matched your search criteria. So please keep the following search tips in mind:

  • If you would like to receive more notifications about the properties that are for sale please keep your search criteria broad.
  • If you would like to receive less e-mail, and only e-mail that would contain properties you are specifically interested in, then fill in your appropriate search criteria.
